Ingredients

For the Cookies
  • 85g Stork block
  • 85g castor sugar
  • 85g soft brown sugar
  • 1 egg, medium
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 175g self-raising flour, sieved together with
  • ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 85g plain chocolate chips
Decoration
  • Red icing made from:
  • 150g icing sugar, 75g Stork with butter and red food colouring
  • White mini marshmallows
  • A few flaked almonds

      Instructions

      1. Place all cookie ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat together with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
      2. Place teaspoons of the mixture on baking sheets, previously brushed with melted Stork.
      3. Bake on the middle shelf of a preheated hot oven 190° C, 170° C fan, Gas mark 5 for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on a wire tray.
      4. Cut in half and spread one half with some red icing. Arrange marshmallows around the curved edge of the biscuit and top with remaining biscuit half. Use slivers of almond for the fangs.
