85g Stork block
85g caster sugar
85g soft brown sugar
1 egg, medium
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
175g self-raising flour, sieved together with
½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
85g chocolate drops
Decoration
Red ready to roll coloured icing
100g white chocolate, melted or
Stork icing made with:
100g icing sugar and 50g Stork
Chocolate drops and red candy sweets
Chocolate writing icing tube

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat together with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
Place teaspoons of the mixture on baking sheets, previously brushed with melted Stork.
Bake on the middle shelf of a preheated hot oven 190° C, 170° C fan, Gas mark 5 for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on a wire tray.
Roll out the red icing to make the âhatâ and stick on the biscuit with a little icing or melted chocolate.
Use the melted chocolate or icing to represent the beard and fur hat trim. Use the sweets for eyes and nose and pipe a mouth using the writing tube.
