Chocolate Fondue

  • 200g chopped chocolate e.g. plain, milk or use Mars bars
  • 25 grams Stork baking block Stork
  • 150ml (¼ pint) Elmlea Double
  • 3 tablespoons rum or brandy, optional


      1. Place the chocolate and Stork in a basin over a pan of hot water and stir until melted.
      2. Gradually stir in Elmlea and rum or brandy if liked.
      3. Pour into fondue dish and keep over a very low light.
      4. Serve with fruit eg. banana slices, apple slices, cherries and marshmallows.
