Stork Baking Block 250g
200g chopped chocolate e.g. plain, milk or use Mars bars
25 grams Stork baking block
150ml (¼ pint) Elmlea Double
3 tablespoons rum or brandy, optional
Place the chocolate and Stork in a basin over a pan of hot water and stir until melted.
Gradually stir in Elmlea and rum or brandy if liked.
Pour into fondue dish and keep over a very low light.
Serve with fruit eg. banana slices, apple slices, cherries and marshmallows.
