- 200g chopped chocolate e.g. plain, milk or use Mars bars
- 25g (1 oz) Stork packet
- 150ml (¼ pint) Elmlea Double
- 3 tablespoons rum or brandy, optional

Instructions
- Place the chocolate and Stork in a basin over a pan of hot water and stir until melted.
- Gradually stir in Elmlea and rum or brandy if liked.
- Pour into fondue dish and keep over a very low light.
- Serve with fruit eg. banana slices, apple slices, cherries and marshmallows.
