This is how it's made Banana Muffins

  1. Mash the bananas and the sugar together. Put it in a medium bowl and add the eggs, melted Stork tub and vanilla
  2. In a large bowl, sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and cinnamon together. Add coconut and oats
  3. Add the first banana mixture to the dry ingredients and mix completely
  4. Spoon mixture into muffin pans with muffin liners
  5. Bake for between 15 and 18 minutes until golden brown

Variations: Add chopped pecans or walnuts
