This is how it's made Father Christmas Chocolate Cookies

  1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat together with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
  2. Place teaspoons of the mixture on baking sheets, previously brushed with melted Stork.
  3. Bake on the middle shelf of a preheated hot oven 190° C, 170° C fan, Gas mark 5 for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on a wire tray.
  4. Roll out the red icing to make the ‘hat’ and stick on the biscuit with a little icing or melted chocolate.
  5. Use the melted chocolate or icing to represent the beard and fur hat trim. Use the sweets for eyes and nose and pipe a mouth using the writing tube.
