- Stork Ready To Bake Cupcake Mix (Classic or Chocolate)
- 125g Stork With Butter
- 250g icing sugar
- Pink food colouring
- Purple food colouring
- Decorative sprinkles (optional)
- Unicorn horns and ears

Instructions
- Prepare cupcakes as per instructions on back of pack
- For the icing, mix together the Stork With Butter and the icing sugar. Separate the mixture in half, into two bowls. In one bowl, add pink food colouring and in the other add purple food colouring - and mix.
- Put the icing mixture into separate piping bags. Pipe onto the cakes to decorate.
- Add sprinkles to top of cupcakes, and then decorate with the unicorn horns and ears to finish.
