- 100g ready to eat apricots chopped
- 100g ground almonds
- 50g dessicated unsweetened coconut lightly toasted
- 25g caster sugar
- 3 level tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 50g Stork Original bloc
- 50g dark chocolate

Instructions
- Place the apricots almonds, coconut, sugar and peanut butter into a mixing bowl
- Add the Stork Original bloc and mix thoroughly until blended adding a little more peanut butter if needed to forn a dough
- Using your hands form the mixture into 12 balls
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave and pipe chocolate over the balls, then leave to set
